Terms of Use

The service is available only to adults aged 18 and over. Messages are kept in a protected archive for 15 days, the context of a complaint (up to the last 500 messages) for 30 days, and temporary restrictions on a violator last up to 7 days. Version of September 19, 2026. The service is running in test-launch mode.

Who can use the chat

The service is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. Age and gender are self-declared and are not verified with documents. If your conversation partner says they are under 18, end the conversation and submit a complaint.

Communication rules

Be respectful. Threats, harassment, spam, fraud, sexual exploitation, involving minors, calls to violence and organizing unlawful acts are prohibited. Flirting assumes mutual consent and does not give anyone the right to force a conversation. Your partner may end the conversation at any time.

Anonymity and storage

You do not need a name, phone number or email to chat. Other visitors cannot read your conversation or see your IP address or technical identifier. Do not send your address, documents, passwords or any details that could be used to find you.

Messages are kept in a protected archive for 15 days after they are sent. If a complaint is filed, its context (up to the last 500 messages of the conversation at the time of filing) is kept for 30 days from the date of the complaint.

The administration may view messages in two cases: when reviewing a complaint — the moderator and the super-administrator; during spot checks of compliance with the rules and detection of dangerous or unlawful activity — the super-administrator. Such a check may cover any current or stored conversation without a prior complaint. Every view is recorded in an internal log.

Retention and restriction periods
WhatPeriod
Messages in the protected archive15 days from the moment they are sent
Complaint context (up to the last 500 messages)30 days from the date of the complaint
Temporary restrictions on an anonymous identifier or an exact IP addressup to 7 days

Complaints and restrictions

A complaint does not by itself block the other person. A moderator reviews it and makes a decision manually. Temporary restrictions may be applied to an anonymous identifier or an exact IP address for up to 7 days. A shared address may belong to several people; blocking it is used as an additional measure.

Virtual waiter

The waiter is an AI bot based on Google Gemini, available once the model is connected and only when you press its button while searching. It takes the context of the conversation into account but may make mistakes. It is clearly labeled as a bot, is not counted in the online total and does not secretly replace a real person. When a match is found, the conversation with it ends; its messages are not passed on to the other person.

Test launch

Restarts and temporary unavailability are possible. The service is not intended for emergency assistance. The operator's details and a contact for inquiries must be added by the owner before the public advertising launch.
